Easily the best experience I’ve ever had buying boots I walked in someone asked to help me got my feet sized and brought me out the boots I wanted and checked to make sure they fit me well they have a great selection and amazing employees
A truly great experience. Measured my feet, made sure I had the correct shoe size, proper care for the boots, and went over warranty and what to do if anything goes wrong with the shoes. It has been a very long time since I had customer service like that and I will be going back for all my future shoe/work boot needs.

Went in to get a good pair of boots. Sales rep Michelle greeted us at the door. Came right over sized my size 16s thoroughly. Found out I was wearing a size too big. Michelle was professional and precise with a good knowledge of sports and great sense of humor. I walked out with a great pair of Red Wing Boots that fit perfect. These guys do a great job! I've been in multiple times, and they've always been helpful. One time when I was picking a pair of shoes, unbeknownst to me, I picked a pair made with suede. Thankfully, the guy helping me knew where I worked, and changed it out for a similar pair, just NOT suede! I highly recommend this place!
